I hope you are as happy with your purchase as I am with making them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Laura within 7 days of receipt to discuss and resolve any issues.

Please note however that we do not refund or exchange a product if you change your mind or it doesn't suit your lamp base or decor, please choose carefully. Laura is very happy to send you additional photos of the products if you require them, please ask :)

​There is also no refund or exchange on any product which has been damaged, dropped or broken after delivery.

If a refund is authorised by Amore Lampshades, it must be returned in the condition and packaging that they were supplied in. Refunds will be restricted to the price of the products only and will exclude our delivery costs to you and your return costs.

The information collected from customers when ordering is used for billing and administration purposes only.  We will never sell or share personal information with third parties.
