You are purchasing a physical gift voucher (click here if you would rather purchase an eGift Card) and is presented in a beautiful gold envelope just perfect for gifting (see pictures above) which will be posted to yourself or to your recipient. The voucher is redeemable to book into one of the workshops or purchase other products from Amore Lampshades.
Gift Vouchers have an expiry of 3 years from date of purchase.

I hope you are as happy with your purchase as I am with making them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Laura within 7 days of receipt to discuss and resolve any issues.
Please note however that we do not refund or exchange a product if you change your mind or it doesn't suit your lamp base or decor, please choose carefully. Laura is very happy to send you additional photos of the products if you require them, please ask :)
There is also no refund or exchange on any product which has been damaged, dropped or broken after delivery.
If a refund is authorised by Amore Lampshades, it must be returned in the condition and packaging that they were supplied in. Refunds will be restricted to the price of the products only and will exclude our delivery costs to you and your return costs.
