PLEASE ORDER YOUR LAMPSHADE KIT BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE ONLINE COURSE and allow 1 week for delivery in Australia, 2 weeks for international deliveries.  Once the kit is received and you are ready to begin, register for the course.
 
There are 6 different sized lampshades, either Drum or Tapered, that are very suited to running with this course (see pictures above).  They are:
 
Drum Lampshade: Bottom diameter: 30cm by Height 22cm
Drum Lampshade: Bottom diameter: 35cm by Height: 25cm
Drum Lampshade: Bottom diameter: 38cm by Height: 27cm
Tapered Lampshade: Bottom diameter: 35cm by Height: 25cm
Tapered Lampshade: Bottom diameter: 38cm by Height: 25cm
Tall Tapered Lampshade: Bottom diameter: 25cm by Height: 40cm
Mid Century Style Lampshade: Bottom diameter: 33cm by Height: 35cm
 
 
Kits include full instructions with colour photos and the necessary components for your lampshade, excluding the fabric.
 
Kit includes:
 1 x detailed instructions with colour photos
 1 x white fitted ring (with lampshade adapter), light fitting is recessed 2" (50mm)
 1 x plain ring
 1 x PVC sticky lampshade backing, white semi-transparent with fire retardant (partially cut to size, you will learn how to cut to size in the online course)
 1 x double sided tape (full 50m roll)
 1 x 125ml glue
 1 x roll edge tool
 
Delivery is additional and calculated at check out.  Delivery is via Australia Post, standard post and express options.  International post is also available.
 
Light Fitting Adapter sizes:  you can use this kit to make a lampshade for a table lamp or as a ceiling pendant, simply place the white fitted ring at the bottom of the lampshade (for a table lamp) or at the top of the lampshade (for ceiling pendant). Please note the following re light fitting sizes which varies between countries:
Australia/New Zealand/UK/EU: will fit either the E14, E27 or B22 light fittings
US: you will need an E26 (36mm) shade adapter/light socket collar rings which you can purchase online or through your lighting store.
