Please note however that we do not refund or exchange a product if you change your mind or it doesn't suit your lamp base or decor, please choose carefully. Laura is very happy to send you additional photos of the products if you require them, please ask :)

​There is also no refund or exchange on any product which has been damaged, dropped or broken after delivery.

If a refund is authorised by Amore Lampshades, it must be returned in the condition and packaging that they were supplied in. Refunds will be restricted to the price of the products only and will exclude our delivery costs to you and your return costs.

Shipping costs are quoted separately depending on your location, please contact Amore Lampshades if you are interested in any of their products.

​Products are normally dispatched via courier or Australia Post depending on your location.

We take great care of our lampshades, they are carefully packed by Laura in good quality shipping boxes, may use recycled packing supplies to reduce waste.

Insurance is recommended and will be included in the quoted shipping amount.
